Membership is open to those interested in the breeding, welfare, and development of purebred dachshunds. Members must be enthusiasts of good character who are willing to uphold the above stated purposes of the club. Members must also be in good standing with the AKC.
Anyone interested in applying for membership must complete an application and have the sponsorship of two DCSAV club members in good standing. Membership dues are $5.00 per year per person and must accompany this application.

Meeting notices are emailed to all members and applicants in advance with the date, time and location of the upcoming meeting. Meeting information is also posted on our website Upcoming Events page. Guests are welcome to attend. The annual meeting is held every year in May at which time officers and the board of directors for the upcoming year are elected.
