2026 Membership Dues are Due
Attached is a notice for your DCSAV 2024 membership dues which are due by Jan. 20th 2024. Also included is a list of our planned events for 2024 if you would like to make a trophy donation at the same time. All trophy donations for both conformation & performance events will be acknowledged in our April specialty catalog.

DCSAV Club Awards Program
To all DCSAV Members,
DCSAV is proud to recognize member's dogs who have achieved impressive winning records each year in conformation, field and earthdog events. This past year some members have expressed their desire for a program that makes it easier to track "wins" and is more transparent as to how the winners are chosen. We heard you and a committee consisting of Cheryl Shultz, Juliet Rigtrup & Sue Rucker worked to revise our existing program.
Attached is the revised program with a clear and concise list of how points are accrued. Also attached are tracking sheets to make it easier for you to keep track of your dog's wins & points. There is a separate sheet for conformation, field and earth events. Please start using these tracking sheets immediately. Awards for 2022 will be for points earned between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Additional details are attached. Submissions for awards must be in by March 1, 2023 in order to allow sufficient time to have plaques engraved. Plaques and certificates for 2022 awards will be handed out at our specialty weekend in April.
